The Trailblazer has analysed the responses from the consultation and have attended a workshop to consider what revisions are appropriate to make to the draft occupational standard. With support from the Institute, they are now revising the occupational standard with a view to finalising a draft for submission into the Institute’s next approvals cycle.
The currently envisaged timeline for the revision of the standard and related end-point assessment plan is as follows:

The revised standard will be going through the submission process next week and part of the process will be a public consultation. Links to the consultation will be in the blog next week

May we check our understanding - we thought the consultation process had closed on the 29 April 2020?

The public consultation undertaken on behalf of the TB group closed on 29 April. When a standard is submitted the Institute also opens a public consultation on the standard as part of the submission process so this will be opened once the Senior Leader standard is submitted next week.
